# Provoquer la deuxième commande

> Une automatisation Batch, une fois par jour, qui écrit aux clients d'une seule commande quand ils sont prêts à revenir.

**L'objectif :** faire revenir les nouveaux clients. Un client qui passe sa deuxième commande a beaucoup plus de chances de devenir fidèle.

**Le modèle TITAN :** TITAN-CORE, qui situe chaque client dans son parcours d'achat.

**Ce qu'il vous faut :** les champs `titan_parcours`, `titan_fenetre` et `titan_reco_*`, [confirmés](/crm/batch/index#confirmer-les-champs-titane) dans **Data** › **Profile data**.

**Temps :** 20 minutes, une fois pour toutes.

## Pas à pas

    **Automations** › **New Automation** › **Email**, en automatisation récurrente (Recurring Automation).

    **Add conditions**, toutes requises :

    * `titan_parcours` est égal à `premiere_commande` ;
    * `titan_fenetre` est égal à `ouverte` : c'est le bon moment pour lui écrire ;
    * `titan_reco_1_nom` est renseigné.

    Une fois par jour, à 10 h à l'heure locale du profil. Activez le **Capping** à 1 : chaque client ne reçoit ce message qu'une fois.

  <Step title="Composer l'e-mail">
    Remerciez pour la première commande et présentez la sélection comme **la suite** : les quatre premiers produits, comme dans [Envoyer une sélection personnalisée](/crm/batch/selection-personnalisee).

  <Step title="Prévisualiser, puis lancer">
    Prévisualisez avec deux ou trois profils de la cible, puis lancez l'automatisation.

  La cible se renouvelle seule : chaque nuit, Titane met à jour `titan_parcours` et `titan_fenetre`. Un client qui devient prêt entre dans la cible, un client qui a recommandé en sort. Vous n'avez rien à refaire chaque mois.

## Pour aller plus loin

* **Le push en plus.** La même automatisation récurrente, en **Push**, sur la même cible et avec un **Capping** à 1 : les clients qui ont votre application reçoivent aussi le message, avec `{{ titan_reco_1_nom }}` dans le texte et `{{ titan_reco_1_image }}` en image.
* **Une attention, si vos règles le permettent.** Une petite remise sur la deuxième commande fonctionne souvent, dans la limite du plafond fixé dans La Forge, page **Règles**.
* **Les plus prêts d'abord.** Ajoutez `titan_p_achat_30j` supérieur à 0.1 pour une première vague, puis élargissez.
